Custom orders

Custom orders are a passion and speciality of Fascinators by D… so please send in a pic of your outfit choice and or colour scheme preference and we will do my upmost to ensure you have that perfect piece to compliment your desired look.

For peace of mind and to ensure you are receiving a person-centred experience we will send you regular updates with pictures and suggestions if necessary.

 

We will only send you your design when we are fully satisfied.

With custom orders we may require a small deposit of 20% of the price of the design – the deposit is to pay for materials. The deposit is non-refundable.

For display pieces dispatch times can be achieved within 1/3 days after order. For custom designs please allow longer.

 If you are attending a wedding for example in two months’ time then please start your Fascinators by D experience at least 4 weeks before the event.

 

We can work miracles but would prefer to work better with notice so that it is an enjoyable experience for all.

We generally use manmade pearls and rhinestones that create a beautiful sparkly effect. These are placed on the design singularly using a strong adhesive glue. Please do treat with care. Do not wash the design or wear / place the design near a fire. If you do wish to clean your design please use a soft cloth with no products on. Delicacy is required when handling your piece.

 

Keep designs away from Animals & small Children.

It would be best to keep your design in the packaging it came in or if you have your own headpiece boxes then please ensure you use them to preserve the creation.

 

Returns / cancellations & exchanges

We accept cancellations – I will keep you up to date on any design we are creating for you.

If at any time throughout the process you change your mind then please inform us as soon as possible before the design is completed and ready to be dispatched. Again If a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable

 We do not accept returns or exchanges – but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Estimated delivery 1 – 4 working days

We offer various delivery options from standard, non tracked to next working day delivery. These price options vary depending on which products are bought.

Fascinators by D… is not responsible for delays with courier services but if such delays do occur I will do my upmost to investigate.

Please note if you are paying standard delivery "non tracked" Fascinators by D will inform you of day of dispatch but can not take responsibility should your parcel become lost or stolen.

You are responsible for any duties, customs charges and import taxes that may apply. Fascinators by D are not responsible for any such delays due to customs.

Fascinators by D, cannot guarantee delivery dates and times.

 

All packaging used to deliver your design is eco-friendly - Recyclable cardboard boxes, Biodegradable acid free tissue paper and fill packing peanuts.
